Over the past few decades I have gone dabbled in all things fitness. Body building, power lifting, CrossFit…I’m obsessed with feeling strong and pushing my body.
As comfortable as I am in the gym, I KNOW that is not the case for most women.
My goal with this program is to empower women to understand the basics of building strength and to allow them the ability to create a simple yet effective program that works for their body.
