    In order to provide the best service, I need to know as much as I can. You will complete a detailed questionnaire that reviews your entire health history alongside signs & symptoms. I will review this before we meet to start to identify potential imbalances & dysfunctions.

  • Root Cause Analysis

    After the initial consultation, we will deep dive into your nutrition practices and if necessary we’ll order labs to get a deeper look. We piece together the findings to identify the root cause of your issues and make personalized recommendations.

  • Personalized Recommendations

    I will design a personalized program focused on prevention; guiding individuals towards optimal health, embracing a lifestyle that supports vitality and longevity. During follow-up appointments, we analyze your food journals & explain your test results.

    It’s never just one thing when it comes to longevity. Integrating alternative therapies, professional supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle changes for a comprehensive approach to health.

As your practitioner, I am very supportive and you will always receive more than adequate resources to help you reach your goals and make good decisions for your health. I am interested in helping those who are willing to help themselves. If you are full of excuses or married to your current lifestyle I am not the coach for you. My recommendations may require that you give up some habits. In order to get well and optimize your health it is up to you to make your own decisions and listen to your instincts. No one can make decisions for you. You should educate yourself fully and communicate all desired changes to your physician while working with me. Getting well means making changes that may be uncomfortable for you at first. Listen to your body and take my recommendations as suggestions and not as a prescription.
